The Carnivore Club
The Carnivore Club was founded in Toronto, Canada by Tim Ray & Matthew Cloutier. They founded the Club after siting in a bar in Toronto and reminiscing about the delicious meats they ate on a trip to Spain. They believed everyone in the world should have access to the high quality charcutterie and the idea was born. Shortly after founding their business, they went on Canada’s Dragon’s Den.
They successfully got an investment of $100,000 by David Chilton and the rest is history. Carnivore is now available in not just Canada, also the USA.

Worth every penny for the variety and quality you get. Also keep in mind that they don’t have any control over how it’s handled during shipping, so of course you’re going to get some salami that’s a bit greasy from being in a hot truck all day. Be realistic here.
